First of all, thank you so much for purchasing our theme. We’re really appreciated it and hope you enjoy it!

This guide provides instructions for installation, help on getting started and extensive documentation of features. It is recommended you read it thoroughly to fully leverage the theme's capabilities.

To install this theme you must have a working version of WordPress already installed.

If you are struggling, follow the instructions in Wordpress Codex or you can watch the Instructional Video created by Woo Themes.

PHP server properties

Having your server configured properly is crucial for the theme to function. Make sure that the following PHP server properties are set according to described below or contact your Host provider to support you.

• max_execution_time 120
• memory_limit 64M
• post_max_size 32M
• upload_max_filesize 32M
• max_input_vars 2000

We have two ways to installing the theme:

Installation via WordPress

Step 1. Login to your WordPress admin panel

Step 2. Navigate to Appearance > Themes

Step 3. Click Add New

Step 4. Click Upload Theme

Step 5. Click Choose File and look for the "truckplus.zip" in the Theme folder downloaded and click Install now (make sure you have unzipped the package downloaded).

Step 6. Click Activate

Installation via FTP

Step 1. Log into your hosting via an FTP client

Step 2. Unzip the truckplus.zip file (make sure you have unzipped the package downloaded).

Step 3. Upload the extracted truckplus theme folder into the remote folder wp-content > theme .

Step 4. Navigate to Appearance > Themes and activate the newly installed theme.

Once you have installed the theme, if you are planning to modify in some way the source code, we suggest you to install a child theme instead for editing the files inside the  truckplus theme folder.

Truckplus ships with a child theme located in the downloaded. Just install truckplus-child.zip as it would be a theme, then you can add or modify the files inside the newly uploaded child theme.

Once you have installed and activated our theme you will be prompted to install required and recommended plugins. Just click the link to Begin installing plugins.

Next, check boxes to select all the plugins you want to install, select the bulk action of install from the dropdown box and then click the button to apply.

Select the plugins you had installed, and then apply the bulk action to activate them.

Finally, you will got a confirmation notice that your plugins were activeded.

To help you set up website with the least efforts, we include in the theme package dummy content file. After installing it, all content seen on the live demo will be imported.

there are two ways to upload demo content, 1 Click Demo Install, and Importing manually .xml files. Both methods are described below:

1. 1. Go to Appearance > Theme Options on the left menu.

   

2. 2. Click on Import Demo Data. Note: Before you begin, make sure all the required plugins are activated.

   

3. 3. Please wait, it can take a couple of minutes.

   

4. 4. Import Slider Revolution:

   In order to import Revolution Slider, go to Revolution Slider > Import Slider and then select sliders demo files in folder /Sample_Data

   

Now you have a website just like our demo.

To imprort the demo content by yourself, please follow the steps below:

If the script auto importing demo data doesn't works with your host, we had included sample data within the theme files, take a look at the folder /Sample_Data

1. 1. Go to Tools > Import. Use WordPress import plugin to import content.xml file
2. 2. Import Revolution Slider Slide
3. 3. Go to Theme Options > Import/Export to import theme_options.json files
4. 4. Install Widget Settings Importer/Exporter plugin, find widgets.wie and then import widgets area.
5. 5. Go to Appearance > Menus to set theme menu locations.

Now you have a website just like our demo.

Visual Composer it's a very easy to use drag and drop page builder. We have however deeply extended and customized this plugin to allow a better integration with the Uncode core and a better usability. We have handpicked all modules available with the plugin and substituted some with our own. The frontend editor it's also been deactivated.

Step 1. Login to your WordPress admin panel

Step 2. Appearance > Themes

Step 3. Select Create a new menu at the top of the page

Step 4. Enter a name for your new menu in the Menu Name box.

Step 5. Click the Create Menu button.

Select Menu Click Select to select menu created.

The theme options is the starting point of building your site if either you are starting from scratch or you have imported the demo content. Here you are laying the foundation for the layout throughout all your site structure and all the basic customizations. We have build an hierarchy with the theme options to allow more control over all the different page structure that WordPress creates, we will discuss this more detailed in the next section.

To set a page as Home page, go to Settings > Reading in your WordPress Dashboard panel.

1. 1. Set "Front page displays" as "A Static Page"
2. 2. In the drop down menu for "Front Page" choose a page which will be your home page.



3. 3. Save Changes.

To create a Portfolio page, first you need to create Portfolio Item

1. 1. Navigate to Portfolios > Add New

2. 2. Add: Title, Content, Categoriess, Tags, Featured Image
3. 3. Config Transparent Header (Yes/No).
4. 4. Click Publish.

To Add Widget on Sidebar, please following these steps:

1. 1. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets to access the list of widgets and widget section that they can be added. The left hand side show all widgets you can use. The right hand side shows all different section you can add widgets to.
2. 2. Simply drag and drop the widget you want into the widgets section you want to the right hand side.
3. 3. When finished, make sure to click Save in the widget editing box to save the widgets added to your sidebar.

This theme includes support for the Visual Composer plugin. Visual Composer come with a lots of drag and drop modules to quickly and easily building your pages.

List of builder items ( included buider items build special for this theme )

Visual Composer is a powerful Wordpress page builder that allows you to create complex page layouts without touching a single line of code. To switch to Visual Composer's Backend Editor, click on this button:

When Visual Composer's editing pane comes up, click on either of these buttons to Add Element.

A shortcode selecting panel will show up, you can see all the shortcode available in the theme. Select the one you would like to use.

You will then encounter a setting panel for the shortcode (each shortcode has it own setting options), after a bit of configuration, it will show up nicely on your page.

Add AB shortcode

• 1. Go to Page > Add New.
• 2. Using Visual Composer, choose Add Element.
• 3. Select Elements from ThemeAmber Tab

• Title : Enter title of your counter.
• Description: Enter description of your counter.
• Content Align: You can choose the type of display Default, Left, Right and Center.

To display Grid in a page, we need select source from a post type (post, portfolio, ...) and make sure post type have some items.

• 1. In Source Settings Tab, click on Build Query, more options will show up.
• 2. Set Post Types as Portfolio. Limit the number of portfolio to display in grid by entering Post Count number.
• 3. In Grid Settings  tab, choose the Number of columns to show on various devices. You can also customize navigation and more.
• 4. In Template  , select Layout to show.
• 5. Save Changes.

To display Carousel in a page, we need select source from a post type (post, portfolio, ...) and make sure post type have some items.

• 1. In Source Setting Tab, click on Build Query, more options will show up.
• 2. Set Post Types as Posts. Limit the number of post to display in carousel by entering Post Count number.
• 3. In Carousel Settings tab, choose the Number of columns to show on various devices. You can also customize navigation and more.
• 4. In Template , select Layout to show.
• 5. Save Changes.

The theme is compatible with WPML plugin, thus can be translated into multiple languages. Follow this link for guide. You can also use POEdit plugin for translation.

• 1. Located the .po and .mo files in folder /languages.
• 
• 2. Select language in admin options.
• 
• 3. Find language prefix (save option and reload front-end view html).
• 
• 2. Copy two file .po & .mo and rename to eg( en_CA.mo & en_CA.po ... ) same for other languages .
• 
• 3. Open the file .po with POEdit and translate the texts into your preferred language.
• 
• 4. When complete, you’ll want to save the file twice, as two separate files – a .po file and a .mo file. When you save the files, you must name them according to your language code. Find a list of language codes at WordPress in your Language. As an example, the language code for English is en_EN, so you would save the translated files as en_EN.po first, then en_EN.mo.
• 5. When that’s done, simply upload the files to your theme folder.

Our themes are optimized by with H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 tags, clean code, HTML5 but if you want to get higher ranking on search engines, you must need some help from SEO plugins and Google Pagespeed Service:

You can update our theme using some ways bellow

1, Update theme using Envato WordPress Toolkit

2, You can update manual theme

If you have any troubles while using auto update ( It is likely to be a permissions issue ) then you may want to manually update the theme via FTP or Cpanel.

Download the latest version of the theme on ThemeForest download page and simply replace with the old one via FTP or Cpanel.
